Strong in HTML/CSS to implement the designs exactly.
PHP is the main server-side scripting, so must be very strong on PHP with MVC understanding and experience.
Ability to learn and understand various open-source architecture.
JavaScript programming
Strong in database programming, especially in SQL.
Attention to detail – in design, quality and coding.
Good understanding of Responsive Web Design with Cross-browser Compatibility.
Experience with payment systems and shipping systems.
Understanding of SEO
