Dedicated Society for Broad Development (DSCBD)- The partner organisation of Namlo International USA, is working with communities to bring education and sustainable community development to remote/ earthquake provoked areas of Nepal. To build sustainable communities, we engage in economic development and help build community infrastructure.Currently we are seeking for qualified, energetic and self -motivated Nepali citizens for the following position:

Weaving Supervisor 1 (field based)- Fixed term for 6 month.

The candidate will play a crucial role in managing Weaving project in district. Major tasks expected to oversee the day-to-day implementation, evaluation, and achieving the goal of weaving project.

Qualification and experiences:

• Should have +2 level passed from recognized institutions in relevant subject or having 2 years' experience in textile and fashion.
• Strong management, communications, and facilitation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge on MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Sound knowledge on designing, business plan and marketing.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly activities planning in co-ordination with Project Coordinator.\
• Responsible to implement weaving project in the field.
• Conduct training in weaving and fashion designing for women group.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
