Job Description

  • Ensure all new machines commissioning details are registered in CNH portal for warranty eligibility.
  • Verify PDI documentation as per CNH norms and timely claim any discrepancy observed while receiving new machines Ensure customer satisfaction through quick and quality service
  • Ensure collected items are stored properly with the name tag.
  • Ensure and verify all service complaints are registered on the CNH portal
  • Ensure Warranty and free coupon claim vs settlement report shared to Service Manager and Service Head.
  • Proper handling and bookkeeping of all-new machine commissioning reports
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management

Job Specification

  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong Problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office applications experience)
  • Minimum 4 years experience as warranty In charge in similar Industry
