Customer Service
· Served as a single focal point between the the dealership organization and the manufacturer regarding the warranty issues, warranty Claims.
· Manage databases of all records related to the repairs of the vehicles which fall under warranty.
· Manage proper storage and delivery of warranty parts to the manufacturer.
· File warranty claims in a timely manner and the update of the database.
· Provide best possible service to the customer.
Maintain positive interactions and good working relationship with other departments and colleagues.
Operational
· Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the company and the satisfaction of customer.
· Receives and handles all inquiry calls from the customer regarding warranty claims and warranty issues.
· Give attention to the customer concern while receiving calls, complains in connection with warranty.
· While maintaining database, record all necessary information, customer name, vehicle no., address, contact no, e-mail address etc. or in the format as prescribed by the company/ manufacturer.
· Maintain Register of the warranty claims and update the register after the claims are settled.
· Store the parts replaced under warranty and make necessary arrangements for storing the parts as per the manufacturers guideline.
· Send the exchanged parts under warranty to the manufacturer as per the instruction from the manufacturer.
· PDI Reports should be raised on a daily basis and send back to the company (If Necessary)
· Ensure that free service coupons are duly filled up and send to the manufacturer in a timely basis.
· Report service manager in a timely manner about the overall status of the warranty claims, free servicing and pending claims.
· Coordinate with the manufacturer for the timely and immediate payments of the warranty claims.

· Responds to changes in function and procedures in the area of Warranty works as per the guideline provided by the organization and the company.
· Have through understanding of working procedures of the industry.
· Puts forward suggestions to the management in relation to the Work Quality and
· Work Performance.
· Have an understanding of and adhere to the organization's rules and regulations.
· Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
· Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
