Warehouse Manager Senior Level

Education Level: Bachelor Passed (Masters Preferred)
Experience Required: 3 years Plus in Warehouse Department
Age and Gender: 30 plus, Male/Female

Offered Salary: Negotiable on the basis of merit of the candidate (40k-50k)
Job Description:

• Drive the existing Warehouse Team.
• Ensure the safe receipt and storage of the inventory.
• Plan for future capacity requirement and ensure the quality of storage place.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts, reconciling with data storage system.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Complete warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees.
• Keep stock control system up to date and plan future capacity requirements as per product requirement.
• Identify the non-moving inventory of all the materials of warehouse and identify action plan for the salvage of the same to reduce the obsolete inventory.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report. Etc)
• Managing and active involvement in recuirtment and dis-engagment of warehouse team
• Managing and planning outward logistics and dispatches/deliveries in an efficient and effective manner.

    
Other Specification:

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (specifically in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint), E-mail & Internet
• Good verbal & written communication & presentation skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal skills with out of the box problem solving approach.
• Ability to handle demanding working environment.
