Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures.
Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information .
Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.
Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
Attends and participates in training sessions as schedule.
Required qualifications and experience:
Hotel Management Graduate or equivalent with minimum of 1 year working experience.
A good team player with an attitude to go for the extra mile.
Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service skills, english language and communication skills.
Passionate to serve guests.
Good food and beverage knowledge.
