In-Country Volunteers
Rural Community
ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is an exciting role for which we are recruiting motivated, enthusiastic and highly committed young people aged between 18 to 25 for the position of Volunteer based in rural community working alongside International volunteers. The volunteers have to commit their full time (4 weeks) in the programme. Preference will be given to the candidate with bachelor in Law and have fluency in English language.
You will act as an ambassador of Restless Development and consider yourself a good role model for the local youths and communities. You will be working with school teachers and students, community youth, and government officials regardless of their race, caste, gender or political affiliation. You will be delivering sessions, workshops and trainings to the In and Out of School youth.
This is a pure volunteer service not a job, where you can learn and gain practical skills and hands on work experience of working in the development sector. Volunteers will be provided basic food and accommodation (in host family in the community/hostel ) with nominal allowance during the placement period.
