1.Taking ownership of fixed number of categories & vendors to ensure smooth functioning.
2. Converting potential merchants to our strategic partners.
3. Taking end-to-end ownership of customer experience across merchants on your portfolio
4. Problem-solving for customers and merchants and managing their queries
5. Auditing merchants to ensure they are providing discounts to customers and scanning the app
6. Merchant Retention and Relationship building and Conducting Customer Delight Activities
7. Maintain orderly documentation of all key communications, decisions, regulatory updates etc.
8. Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
1. Minimum 1 year experience at Sales Department
2. Bachelors degree Completed.
3. Should have good inter-personal and communications skills.
4. Able to work independently or in teams as required.
5. Preferably having own vehicle and a driving license
