The Training officer will have Bachelors Degree from recognized institution. S/he will have minimum professional experience of 5 years in the rural development; 3 years of relevant experience in training sector with proven track record in the field of training need assessment, identification and monitoring of the trainings and training providers. In addition, candidates having good facilitation skills, documentation, understanding of Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector of Nepal, understanding of the organizational/institutional development approaches and training tools, knowledge in human resource management, result oriented personality/ maintaining deadlines, interpersonal, inter-cultural competencies and team player, fluency in Nepali and English, proficiency in using office application software, ability to produce, understand and analyze standard database reports, and efficiency in using communication applications etc., will be preferred.
