In this role, you will prepare clear and user friendly training materials with step-by-step instructions on how to perform common functions such as installation of new service and troubleshooting problems. You would also be responsible for developing, updating and maintaining the training material along with designing mechanisms for training evaluation. You will work in close collaboration with our technical team members to collect all necessary information and for the documentation of the processes. Delivery of the training is optional. This is a part-time, long-term assignment.
