Job Description :
Facilitate data informationcollection and management of the heath workforce for identifying the knowledge and skits gaps
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and training packages to capacitate the health workforce (CHW. etc.)
Design and implement trainings related to public health
Organize various events such as meetings. workshops, din" icsions. interactions. etc
Job Specification :
University degree in public health and at least three years of related work experience in UNGOs
Extensive experience in conducting trainings in community health, related education and advocacy
Proven ability in conceptualize, plan and organize meetngs, workshops and transfer knowledge and skills
Fluent in written and spoken English and Nepali
