Job Description

Job Title: Japan Call Center Staff

Level: Trainee

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls on time.
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their, queries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Making calls to senders and receivers and providing service-related information.
  • Supporting compliance team for customer interviews in native languages.
  • Supporting customer registration and alteration of customer details in the system after verification
  • Handling queries and providing customer statements through emails.

Qualification/Experience:

  • 10+2 or above.
  • Fluent Spoken Japanese language proficiency.
  • Experience in a call- center environment or customer service will be an added advantage.

Specific Requirement:

  • Proficiency in Japanese Language.
