1. Brand and Field Marketing Execution
- Build advocates through local communities activation
- Plan and execute activation based on local insights and targeted consumer touch points
- Submit project proposal and performance report. 100% compliance with pre-authorization process
- Manage 1-2-1 BP allocation, deployment and effectiveness
- Align and achieve KPIs of cost per contact/trial and stick sales to maximize ROI
- Lead Horeca, party palace, outlet owner, university areas eatery and tea shop activation
2. Trade Activation
- Execute trade program along with sales to strengthen relationship with trade and build off takes
- Work with HQ to plan POSM requirement, deployment, storage and channel allocation
- Follow supplier selection process and source suitable vendor for all local POSM production
- Keep accurate tracking of all POSM inventory
3. Budget Management
- Full compliance to budget allocation and maximize spending with excellence in execution
- Accurately check invoice, KPIs measurement and ROI for each project
