The position requires for the applicant to be able to manage the operations of a 15-25 room budget hotel in Chitwan(Sauraha). The person in charge of the hotel will be expected to uphold the standards and procedures of the Hotel and maintain the integrity of the brand.
Primary responsibilities of a Person In-charge are:
· Leading and supervising a team of around 5-10 personnel to meet targets and goals
· Upholding the hotel's standards.
· Ensuring smooth operation of all departments
· Effectively resolving guest complains
· Completing all required paperwork
· Conducting local marketing activities
· Carrying out travel service assistance
· Carrying out basic maintenance work
· Being a local representative for the company
· The job requires regular travelling
The individual should be:

· Good multi-tasking skills
· Able to maintain good relationships with vendors, clients and guests
· Proficiency with MS Office
· Able to use computers, internet and basic software with ease.
