Job Description

Required Qualification and experience

• University degree in relevant field, Master’s degree in Education preferred
• Minimum five years of field experience in management and implementation of adult education related projects
• Proven record of accomplishment in development of training curriculum and implementation; experience in vocational education preferred.
• Substantial experience in networking and coordination with government agencies, private sector and civil society organizations at different levels
• Ability to live and travel with marginal logistic facilities in the remote villages
• Ability to create and encourage a climate of team-working and collaboration in a multi-cultural environment,
• Previous working experience with I/NGOs with community focus will be considered an advantage
• Good command in written and spoken English as well as Nepali languages
• Holding valid motor bike license
• Should be a Nepali citizen
