Job Details:
The Territory Sales-Incharge would be completely responsible for company's business goals in the assigned business territory. This also includes ensuring strong product availability, penetration and visibility in the market as per the set KPIs. S/He must be able to demonstrate good leadership skills to handle a network of Stockiest and motivate, train and lead the Stockiest manpower efficiently to ensure regular market coverage and smooth supply operations in the market. The responsibility includes proper execution of POP activation plans to achieve Category dominance of all Unilever products in the market
Experience: At least a minimum of I year to 3 years of experience in sales. Fresh M.B.A's / B.B.A's from reputed Business Schools interested in developing a long-term career in Customer Management are also encouraged to apply.
