Tender Executive Mid Level

Job Description

• Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations 
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation 
• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements 
• Contribution in cost and price calculations 
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers 
• Reviews each call for tender in detail.
• Develop business/sales strategy and account plan for priority accounts that ensures the achievement of sales and profit targets within set budgets  
• Prepare and execute strategic meetings with important decision makers. Lead the tender process – setting up and follow-up on tender project plan, drive tender opportunities, get commitment and maximize tender outcome

Job Specification

• Knowledge of Request for Proposals/Quotations/Information generation process. 
• Knowledge of public procurement contracting and tendering principles.
• Profficiency in Microsoft office, Application and Advance excel skill.
• Proficient in email and phone communication.
• Supervisory and negotiation skills with the good convincing ability.
• Knowledge of local market.
• Priority is given to candidates having own vehicle.
• Practical experience in a similar position advantageous 
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time 
• Well-developed negotiation skills
