The Teller Services Officer is primarily responsible to ensure all counter transactions are processed accurately and swiftly and in accordance with the laid down procedures. Managing customer expectation for each interaction and ensuring adherence to basic service standards, the incumbent will ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance for the Teller functions and be vigilant & alert of any possible frauds and risks.
The candidate should have at least a Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognized university and should have at least 2 years of relevant experience in branch operations or Cash and Remittance unit at a commercial bank with the current grade of a Senior Assistant or above. Age should not exceed 30 years.
