Job Description
- Pre calling for upcoming EMI
- Follow-up for the overdue clients.
- Perform tasks in alignment with the action plan provided by the supervisor.
- Address client's uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions promptly and effectively.
- Ensure accurate settlement of client's bank deposit vouchers.
- Conduct all interactions and functions with utmost respect, irrespective of other's dispositions.
- Provide daily reports to the supervisor regarding works.
Job Specification
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Active listening skills to understand client's concerns.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Should have basic computer knowledge
