Job Description

• Pre calling for upcoming EMI
• Follow-up for the overdue clients.
• Perform tasks in alignment with the action plan provided by the supervisor.
• Address client's uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions promptly and effectively.
• Ensure accurate settlement of client's bank deposit vouchers.
• Conduct all interactions and functions with utmost respect, irrespective of other's dispositions.
• Provide daily reports to the supervisor regarding works.

Job Specification

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Active listening skills to understand client's concerns.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Should have basic computer knowledge
