The caller Should call 90 Customers in a day
The caller should maintain feedback of All calling amounts as per company requirement
Caller Should learn Excel and make all MIS as per requirement *****
Caller Should know the customer detail if the customer is going to pay into the office or He wants filed executive to come and collect
Caller Should give filed PTP to Team Head as well as Filed Executive in the evening for next day
Caller Should make sure 100 % of filed PTP Collection and EOD report should be provided to Line Manager 1
PTP Should not be more than 48Hr
Daily Basis DRR should be maintained
Convinced the NPA customer to make a payment or close the loan
Daily basis Updated Calling file need to send to Team head
