Techno Commercial Officer (Sales)

Job Description

• Selling, reselling, transporting, supplying of finished goods (DOC and Feed) to market.
• To understand the necessary activities to promote sales of goods and services.
• Forecast sales target and forward forward sales target to marketing manager and line manager
• Identifying of new customers and clients, dealers and sub dealers and establish the relationship with them.
• To develop long-term business relationship with buyers/dealer/customer/clients 
• To increase in income by increasing in sales and by reducing transportation cost and time.
• Technical guidance, disease diagnoses and suggestion to poultry farmer for better quality and better productivity in order to achieve maximum technical support satisfaction.
• To visit the farm/customer 
• To monitor and record the product performance
• To ensure feed quality.
• Monitoring of flock performance identify the deviations in product and advice for corrective action to the client/farmer.
• To minimize the claim by providing better technical service

Job Specification

.    Should have excellent technical knowledge of feed sales
•    Should have knowledge of disease diagnosis and treatment
•    Should have knowledge of using Microsoft Word and Excel
•    Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
•    Confident and dynamic personality
•    Should have 2 wheeler and valid driving license
•    Should be willing to travel for market visits
