Should have very pleasant personality and good communication skills
Sound Knowledge of computer and basic electronics (voltage, multimeter etc.)
Installation and maintenace of electric appliances
Training and certification courses in related field is preferred.
Job Specification
Able to work in pressure and sometime in odd time also.
Ability to set priorities and work independently
Should attend telephonic support requests concerning technical issues and general inquiries
Should be ready to visit and provide necessary support to customers at their premises
Should create reports and update to supervisor on regular basis
Should co-ordinate with other departments for effective service delivery
Having two wheeler with valid license
