Reporting to the PAC Regional Manager, the position shall champion technical aspects of PAC’s Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) work in Nepal and South Asia region, and developing and delivering consulting assignments contributing to Change Ambition of Practical Action. S/he will support the team to increase the quantity, quality and impact of Practical Action's DRR work with a particular focus on flood resilience, early warning, landslides and climate services.
The candidate should have a Master's degree in hydrology/meteorology, DRR, Climate Change (CC), resilience or in other related discipline with at least five years of work experience in research, data analysis, modeling among others.
