Job Description

  The Technical admin executive interacts with different branches and troubleshooting to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, by communicating and coordinating with internal different departments
  • Respond promptly to inquiries obtained
  • Handle and resolve customer issues/complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes
  • Ascertain problem or reason for calling and direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
  • Keep records interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • Manage administration
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overtime when needed
