Scope and General Purpose
Meet work standards by following production, productivity, quality and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
To assist the Project Manager in the delivery of projects by supervising and coordinating the on site activities on site.
1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Survey for all location in site and preparation of survey report.
- Implementation RBS, BTS (commissioning DUG,DUW,BBU,TCU) & Installation.
- Implementation Mini Link (Installation, Alignment & configuration)
- Upgrade 3G Expansion, 2G Expansion.
- Ensure material readiness & completeness on site.
- Installation quality include provide feedback for installation document.
- Study for the design drawings for Installation.
- Handling of total manpower in site.Generate work reports.
- Looking after quality of job as per the requirement of consultant.
- Preparation of daily production report.
- Following up the time schedules and checking if the work at sites is executed according to rollout plan.
- Ensure all team members are follow workmanship (HSE,proper tool,etc)
- Ensuring that teams are working according to instruction,specification, & standard.
- Verify and signed checklist installation according to actual installation on site.
- To check and verify content of documents & reports, ensuring the completion.
- Support team for basic integration when needed.
- Supervise subcontractors to ensure that all jobs are executed according to site design and specification.
- Prepare Site photos for SDD document
- Handle for all rejected site and keep good relation with Client Project Team members.
- Obtain detailed assignment information form the customer and utilize it to provide effective customer service and ensure orders are filled with quality placements. Implement supervise company quality standards.
- Managing the cost control for the site and team.
2. General Responsibilities
