Job Description
Working as part of the owners of engineer team, Team Leader will have the following duties.
Lead the project construction supervision team.
Plan, organize, visit site and execute project activities and programs and by making timely construction revisions as appropriate to reflect changing needs and requirements for the successful plant commissioning on time.
Review of studies, designs and records relevant to project execution, contract administration and construction supervision.
Prepare the detailed work program and implementation schedule for the Project and coordinate the activities of the project with resident engineer.
Review of the contractor's construction program to ensure construction works comply with the program and relevant standards to meet the client's and company criteria.
Ensure the contractor complies with conditions as outlined in the contract and other relevant documents.
Communicate with the client and its engineers on a day to day basis and call and/or attend meetings with client and contractor as required.
Manage all aspects of the design and construction process from a consulting engineer perspective.
Supervise the overall monitoring and evaluation process to meet TOR requirements.
Represent the client on technical and contractual issues and provide relevant expertise
Monitor and evaluate implementation progress of all project works and activities.
Track key indicators (input, output and outcome) of implementation schedule.
Procedures of variation and its approval for additional cost or quantity claims
To prepare consulting progress report regarding works and resources to the coordinator.
Monthly review and Update project plan.
Cost and quality Control.
