Qualification and Competencies:
Master's degree in a relevant field especially in International Development, Urban Planning, Engineering, climate smart disaster resilience, urban resilience etc. Expertise in leadership and program management, with at least 10 years of experience and progressive responsibility managing donor initiatives, working experience with DFID would be an additional asset. Demonstrated skills and experience managing complex development programmes of a similar size and complexities. At least 10 years of relevant experience in the fields of disaster resilience and urban planning.
