Debt Management
Dealer Management
Repo Management
Follow up and handling critical clients
Plan to solve critical and problematic cases
Minimize the risk of bad debts
Coordination with team member for better recovery
Delegate responsibilities to field executives as per the requirement
Daily coordination with dealers.
Excel MIS and daily reporting to management
Drive the given target
Daily review with team on target vs achievement

Job Specification

Must have at least 2+ years of working experience in similar position.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
Must have computer skills (Microsoft Office applications experience-MS Excel/Word)
In-depth knowledge of Recovery Process
Should have capacity of team handling
