Role and Responsibility:
To conduct the Games /Sports classes according to the routine prepared by the block in-charges for the students of classes four to eight.
To conduct the classes as per the Physical Education curriculum as set by the CDC, Ministry of Education Government of Nepal, and implement the same.
Provide the equipments of different games to the students with the help of the attendant.
To monitor supervise and train the students in different games.
To prepare a record of the performances of students (specially promising ones) in different games and recommend to the authority for their inclusion in school team.
To work in the area of introducing new games/sports to the school in case they have good scope in national and international level after due consultation and approval of higher authorities.
To help the ECA Coordinator to prepare an annual plan of Games and sports and implement the same as per schedules prepared.
To guide the house teams in the sports/events if the House teams are not up to the mark.
To motivate the students for better results in games and sports.
The PE teacher will help prepare the students for interschool events along with the instructor in charge of a particular event.

Role and Responsibility:
Overall supervision and coordination of all Sports Activities
Preparing yearly calendar of all GSA events including weekly classes, training sessions, friendly matches, closed camps, intra GIHE and inter-school tournaments after consultation with the Academic Coordinators
Coordinating all sports and athletics related activities ranging from weekly lessons to event management
Conducting regular sports classes on designated days
Issuing and retrieving sport equipments during sports hours and other free hours
Placing requisitions for all sport related logistics and briefing procurement with details of requirement
Encouraging both students and staff to lead a healthy life
Salary no bar for deserving candidates

Organization Summary
GEMS Institute of Higher Education, the higher section of Graded English Medium School (GEMS), was established in 2008 with the prime objective of providing higher level education from Pre-university to Masters level degree courses. Currently, we offer GCE A Level, a prestigious degree programme of the Cambridge University, the UK and Plus 2 in Science under the affiliation with Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB), Nepal. We also offer Bachelor of Science (BS) programme under the affiliation with Angeles University Foundation (AUF), the Philippines. The BS degree is a pre-requisite course for Doctor of Medicine (MD) in the Philippines. Our students join Angeles University for MD upon completion of BS with us.
The higher education facilities are located within the campus of the main complex of the high school at Khumaltar, Dhapakhel, which is 1.5 kilometer away from Sat Dobato, Lalitpur.
