Maintain sustainable relationships with colleges and academies for Recruitment & Selection process.
Assist in developing job descriptions, preparing vacancy advertisements.
Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate.
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc in the market by planning and implementing a company talent acquisition strategy.
Screening candidate's resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective presentation style
Strong decision-making skills
Develop company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and succession planning.
Host and participate as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events.
Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies.
Make annual training plan and budget
Deploy a wide variety of training methods
Evaluate training effectiveness
Job Specification
At least Bachelor’s degree in management or similar relevant field.
Previous working experience in HR department preferably as a Talent Acquisition for 3 years or more (Preferred experience in IT company)
Creative thinker and proactive problem solver.
Highly developed interpersonal skills with proven ability to build effective relationships with concerned stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
