Identify the training needs and develop opportunities for all staff in coordination with the Senior management team, develop training plans and ensure its implementation;
Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies;
Design, plan and execute employer branding activities;
Use HRIS and Recruitment Marketing tools;
Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast;
Design, plan and execute selection processes (publish the vacancy, screening the CVs, conduct interviews and written tests etc.);
Oversee and manage training and development initiatives for recruiting in order to improve the skills;
Build and oversee relationships with professional organizations and universities to ensure strategic pipelines for diverse candidates;
Provide hands on strategy for recruitment of senior level positions;
