Job Title: Systems Coordinator
Contract Length : One Year Fixed Term Contract
Location : Kathmandu with 30% travel
Reporting to: Country Director
Direct Reports : 5 staff (Admin Assistant, Driver, 2 office assistants)
Duties & Responsibilities:

Purchasing: You will have ultimate responsibility for cost effective and fully accountable purchasing according to procurement procedures within Concern Worldwide operations

Security: To act as main focal point for security, reporting all incidents immediately to CD. Attend security briefings, relay to all staff important points on security issues.

Transport Management: You will be responsible for effective fleet management through planning transport needs and tracking of fuel and maintenance expenditures.

Cargo Management: With the support and supervision of the Logistics Assistant, ensure safe and timely delivery as well as receipt of all Concern Worldwide cargo.

Asset & Warehouse Management: You will be directly responsible for maintenance and tracking of all Concern Worldwide assets and ensure warehouses and stores are effectively managed.

Administration and HR: You will take responsibility for all administrative matters in Concern offices and will lead on all matters related to HR administration.

IT You will oversee the implementation of IT policies and procedures including the roll out of IT User Regulations, which all personnel must sign.
Minimum Qualifications / Experience

Masters degree in Logistics/administration or similar;

Minimum Three year experience in a similar role.
