The Position is for managing the front desk of Martin Chautari and for administering the services provided to Chautari's guests and visitors.
Job description
As the front desk officer, you are to manage the front office/reception desk, maintain documentation and filing system, handle telephone, emails, social sites and visitors, maintain the inventory of Chautari Publication, manage Chautari notice board and bulletin board, and provide administrative and logistical support.
Education and Experience
Bachelor OR Intermediate degree with 5 years of relevant work experience in related discipline
