Job Description:

  • Reporting, translating and editing news along with value addition
  • Carrying out background research for in-depth stories
  • Generating multimedia content including info graphic and video
  • Handling official social media accounts

Qualification:

  • Bachelors in English, Mass Communication or Journalism (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of work experience in mainstream English media

Requirement/ Skills: - Promptness

  • Nose for news, and sources
  • Excellent command over English and writing skills
  • Sound computer skills, including photo, video editing and info graphic
  • Social media skills
  • Ability to establish priorities and balance a desire for perfection with the necessity to follow deadlines
  • Readiness to work in rotating shifts and during odd hours
  • Should be proactive with a willingness to learn and work as part of a team
  • Communication and interpersonal skills are a must
