• Hunger for generating new business, identity new business opportunities as well as retain the existing ones.
• Creating and managing agency tier/tuition channels.
• Should have business development skills, expansion of agency networks with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent selling capability and an ability as well as desire to coach selling techniques to the team.
• Preference will be given to those with experience in Lrie Insurance Industry.
• Minimum 10+2 or equivalent or graduate will be added advantage.
