Job Description
Oversee the implementation of architectural designs throughout the construction process, ensuring compliance with the approved plans.
Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any design-related issues or discrepancies that may arise during construction.
Review and analyze contractor's proposals, change orders, and requests for information (RFIs) related to architectural aspects.
Monitor and track project progress, ensuring that it aligns with the project schedule and budget.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of workmanship and adherence to architectural specifications.
Address and resolve any design-related issues, conflicts, or delays promptly and efficiently.
