Job Description

• Manage and monitors logistics and resources
• Responsible for providing secretarial services
• Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks all the times
• Perfectly maintaining the stock
• Supervising the Store
• Reporting the daily activities to the MD
• Maintaining financial transactions
• Recommends the financial action
• Planning the Daily budget
• Summarizes the current financial status

Job Specification

• Bachelor completed with some experiences retail business
• Intermediate with a minimum of 2+ years of experiences in a retail business
• Bachelor's with 1 year of experience in retail business (Prior experience in a convenience store will be added advantage)
• Bachelor completed with some experiences retail business
• Intermediate with minimum of three years of experiences in retail business
• Fluency in English
• Two wheelers along with license will be advantages
• Experiences in accounting and accounting software will be advantages
• Knowledge of storekeeping, inventory control, recordkeeping
• Interested Work in challenging environment
• Committed to the work and always ready to learn new things
• Excellent customer service ability
• Flexibility in timing
• Leading capabilities
• Fluency in English (Have to deal with foreign clients sometime)
• Two-wheelers along with license will be advantages
• Experiences in accounting and accounting software will be advantages
• Knowledge of store keeping, inventory control, recordkeeping
