Job Description

Job purpose: To manage all of the operations in our storeroom including ordering, receiving, and managing inventory.

Reports to: Account & Admin Officer

Subordinates (Staffs Supervised): Cook, Cleaner Operators, Laborers, Guards 

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Maintain In-Out documentation and stock entries in Tally ERP in identifiable manner.
2. Issue demand of raw materials and other goods as needed, and their verification quantity-wise & qualitywise at the time of Inward, and arrange for sample testing, if necessary.
3. Maintain daily log record of both: finished goods and raw materials consumption.
4. Ensure proper checking in and unloading of deliveries safely at factory, in the correct areas.
5. Physical verification and recording of actual, damaged and good stock of AAC Block without variance.
6. Follow-up daily with Security Guards to maintain Inward & Outward documentations performed thereat.
7. Maintain receipts, records, withdrawals and shelve supplies of the stockroom. This includes AAC Block sent as sample out of Factory to Sales & Marketing Department.
8. Assist in supervising in dispatch and block segregation process to ensure minimum damage.
9. Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to Accounting Department for reimbursements and record keeping.
10. Coordinate the movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs.
11. Supply of items to Department/Employee upon proper record and documentation.
12. Any other general administration work and co-ordination with other departments.

Job Specification

Person specification:

1. 10+2 completed or Bachelor running can apply.
2. At least 3 years experience in material handling or warehousing and procurement.
3. Experience in Tally ERP and computer applications such as word processing (Word), spreadsheet (Excel).
4. Strong forecasting abilities
