Sr Structural Engineer

Job Description

Post Title: Senior Structural Engineer (Level 8, Civil), (1) one number

a)  Duration:    Six months (can be extended based on the performance)

b)  Responsibilities:

Senior structural Engineer shall be responsible for designing structural components of hydropower projects; preparing technical specification /requirements for various structures of the project and evaluating bids received for construction; and carrying out the supervision of physical construction of hydropower structures.

c)   Qualification Requirements:

(i) Master's degree in Structural Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering with a minimum of three years of work experience in hydropower projects as Structural Engineer or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with at least five years of work experience in hydropower projects as Structural Engineer.

(ii)Knowledge of AUTOCAD and structural engineering software.
