1. Hire, manage and train our growing sales force (DSR & SDB sales personnel’s).
2. Manage the relationship with our existing SDBs.
3. Implement & execute the set annual sales budgets of the particular Territory.
4. Develop a strong partnership with our distributors and key customers and initiate joint marketing opportunities.
5. Have an excellent working knowledge of our products and services.
6. Coordinate closely with the marketing department (MT/BA-Supervisor/Merchandiser etc) to ensure the sales force has the materials and information that it requires to promote our products and services.
7. Counter action plan for competitor’s activities to maintain market leadership position.
8. Width & depth of Coverage, Range selling, Distributor management, Appointments of new Distributors
1. Three years or more experience with an established track record in selling FMCG products.
2. Successfully managed a sales force in the FMCG industry.
3. Demonstrated business skills related to training, hiring, writing, presentation and selling products/services to clients.
4. Demonstrated leadership, communication and listening skills.
5. Demonstrated skill in working successfully as a team member with a diverse group of people.
6. Capable of establishing and meeting goals and objectives for the sales force and distributors.
7. Ability to analyze data and prepare succinct reports.
8. Ability to work effectively with computer programs—Microsoft Office.
