Job Description for Sr.Sales & Marketing Executive(Branch In-charge)
- Evaluating staff performances
- Conducting orientation for new staff members
- Managing daily schedules
Incorporate company procedures and policies in daily operations within organization (unit).
Manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of organization.
Create harmonious working environment, train and mentor staff and motivate all team members to perform efficiently.
Explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region.
Coordinate with marketing team to develop and implement operational plans for new product launches.
Coordinate with servicing team to develop and implement after sale services in smoothen way.
Prepare weekly and monthly merge review report
Prepare a monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning
Assist the team to achieve set targets within time frame
Enforcing health and safety regulations
Manage regular cash flow management
Work on requirements provided by senior management whenever required.
Leave, field visit & Attendance Approval
Identify prospective customers
Sell products by establishing cordial relation with clients
Pitching products and/or services to clients
Prepare marketing and sales plans
Prepare quotations and proposals
Fulfill given sales target
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
Developing quotes and proposals
Ensure proper limit of the discount as per the limit provided of each customers
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Ensure proper limit of the credit as per the limit provided of each agents.
Ensure proper documentation of agents of assigned areas.
Ensure proper recovery within specified time.
Performing sales prospecting activities on a routine basis
Providing competitive market feedback
Discovering new business contacts and closing the sale
Ensure with proper deal with exchange vehicles.

Organization Summary
Aayam Intercontinental Pvt. Ltd. started importing and selling of FORCE MOTORS vehicles in Nepal after the acquisition of distributorship in July 2014. Our company’s main aim is not only to sell vehicles but also to provide quality after sales service to our valued customers. In order to achieve this aim, we have opened our showroom at Gairidhara Chowk, Kathmandu, and service center at Jwagal, Lalitpur, Nepal.
The showroom has been opened with the intention of providing customers an improved service in terms of quality, space and ambience. We have also opened our exclusive showroom at Pokhara – 14 Chauthe with service center at Nayabazar, Pokhara.
We had opened our dealer with 3S (Sales, Service & Spare Parts) facilities in Jhapa, Morang, Saptari, Chitwan and Dhanusa to meet customers demand. We are opening our dealers in Birgunj, Hetauda and so on in coming days.
