The main purpose of this position is to lead for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction and maintaining a long term relation with existing customers.

Business Project Management
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Builds & maintains long-term relationships with clients
Negotiates and close deals; handle complaints or objections
Follow up with past customers and cross selling products.
Attends meetings with potential customers and closing sales.
Builds sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.
Client management
Prepares client project proposals and other new business proposals
Undertakes client work as required to meet the needs of the business
Prepares and manages client contracts/agreements & negotiates contracts and packages
Updating the CRM and inputting information on customers.
Supports Heads of Department in coordinating pipeline and work-flow
Proactively managing all client project management systems and evaluation
Operations Management
Coordinates with CS, Operations & Pricing department to administrate and manage the projects
Prepares and deliver presentations on products/services
Prepares and report on goals, sales, and prospects

Education
Minimum Bachelor Level passed is required from recognized university.

Master’s Degree in any discipline
