Job Description
Required Key Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
M Sc.- Construction Mgmt./ Structural or BE Civil with MBA from a reputed university.
Minimum 15 years of comprehensive experience in overall construction site management of a reputed real estate company. Must have completed at least one big project as a Project Manager
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards.
Ability to handle project related conflicts/issues independently.
Strong project management skills; ability to prioritize tasks to meet requirements & deadlines.
Strong Leadership, Communication, Organizational, Interpersonal & Problem Solving Skills.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel and MS Project.
Must be Dedicated and Committed towards achieving Annual Target given by the management
Tactful in managing contractors.
Strong team-building, communication & listening skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervision and monitoring project site construction jobs.
Execute the project construction according to the project plan, design and specified target.
Coordination with Procurement Dept. for ensuring all the required materials are sufficient in stock.
Verifying the work done against submitted bills by contractors and arranging for payment.
Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Coordinate and direct construction workers and contractors.
Ensuring high quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
Prepare Annual Budget, Progress Report and other MIS Reports & reporting to management
Review the work progress on daily basis.
Ensuring harmonious relations amongst all project staff and making arrangements for developing and maintaining congenial work environment in the site.
Maintaining relationship with local influential.
Scanning local environment, conducting risk assessment and reporting to management.
Drive Site Engineers / Site In-charges to complete project in time.
Other duties as assigned by Chairman / Executive Director as & when required.
