Providing ideas and Inputs to the HOD in relation to the activities of the dept

Job Specification
Outspoken, flexible on time and trustworthy
Should have completed Master’s degree in HR or similar discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
Meticulous attention to detail
Proficiency in HRIS & MS Office
Zeal to pursue careers in HR.
Caring in nature yet ruthless in work productivity
Perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented
Strong Knowledge of Labour Law
Strong at strategic thinking, Influencing, Networking and getting the work done
