Job Description

  • Manage Server (Linux server, installation, configuration, LOG monitor, Linux firewall configuration, SSH login configuration)
  • Manage Network infrastructure (LAN, switches, wifi devices, Firewall configuration, monitoring, remote access)
  • Technical Support to call center
  • Support new technology implementation
  • Develop and implement IT policy with respect to NRB guidelines
  • Conduct regular system audit
  • Perform regular backup and restore information if necessary
  • Monitor the storage capabilities of the system
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specification

  • Min. 3 yrs. of experience in relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Expertise in data center management and data governance
  • Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
  • Ability to manage personnel
  • Aware of ISO 9001 & 27001 preferred
  • CCNA/ MCSE certified will be given priority
