Job Description

Develop and implement strategies for outstanding recovery.
Manage the negotiation and settlement of delinquent accounts.
Collaborate with legal counsel for legal actions, when necessary.
Stay updated on relevant lending and recovery regulations.
Implement and maintain internal policies and procedures to mitigate risk.
Prepare and present regular reports on loan origination and recovery performance to senior management.

Job Specification

Good verbal and written communication skill
Demonstrate attention to detail
Must have two wheeler valid license
