At least 3+ years experiece in FMCG, Logistic or Trading Company
Description:
Analyze and Reconcile bank statement and ledgers.
Smoothly carry out day to day accounting
Check vendor quotation and bills
Document financial transactions by entering account information
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
Maintain accounting controls as per policies
Handle logistics documents
Manage account receivables and payables
Billing and invoicing
Fund management
Record shipment activities
Handle internal and external audit
Coordinate and actively create, record and perform full custom duty accounting, adjustments and transactions
Requirements:
Good knowledge of overall accounting and GAAP.
Proven Experience of managing all accounting transactions
Experience in Logistics and Freight industry will be an advantage.
Strong communication, management and supervision skills.
Basic knowledge of import, export and CHA process
Degree in business/finance/accounting.
Salary Range: 35-60K per month
