a) Duration: one year (can be extended based on the performance).
b) Responsibilities:
(i) shall be responsible for the management and administration of Contracts under both FIDIC, Red and Yellow Book (1999 edition).
(ii) shall be responsible to review, evaluate, negotiate, and determine claims related to EoTs and additional costs, etc.
(iii) participate and advise in matter related to claims, variations and interpretation of contract documents.
c) Qualification Requirements:
(i) graduate in Engineering with preference for Masters in Engineering/ Construction Management/ Contract law.
(ii) overall general experience 10 years or above.
(iii) experience of 5 years or above as a Contract/Claim expert or engineer.
