Qualifications & Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions in the area(s) of Credit / Deposit management, Trade Finance, Compliance, Risk and/or Operations for Branch Manager and 2 years of experience in Banks/ Financial Institutions in the area(s) of Credit, Deposits, Customer Service, and/or Operations for Relationship Manager and Service Manager/Operation In-charge.
Master's Degree in Management/Economics or related field for Managerial Level and Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics or related field for upto Officer Level. Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level and 30 years for Assistant Level. Additional 5 years in upper age limit shall be granted in case of female candidate.
