Manage distributors' claim by verifying the claim amount and supporting documents raised by the distributors and entering the claim in the accounting software
Manage purchase and sales bills by entering the bills in the accounting software and maintaining month-wise purchase and sales files
Manage the dispatch of products by ensuring the availability of stock of products in the warehouse, dispatching the products as per the order and plan, and checking daily products received and dispatched on a daily basis
Manage transportation of dispatched products by coordinating with transport companies
Coordinate with the insurance company regarding transit insurance of dispatched products and monitor transit insurance of all the dispatched products
Execute internal audit by conducting physical verification in the warehouse, verification of stock books, purchase register and sales register, BIN Card and breakage and leakage stock in each warehouse
Monitor data management by checking and verifying the sales and purchase data collected by each warehouse, dispatch report, and stock report
